   By offering Technical Support in the US and overseas, we received an increasing amount of customers asking for many equipment that are no longer common as well as for parts for obsolete equipment. Mapartex is always finding technical solutions for new requirements of equipment as well as parts (new or used) at a good price. We reach out to our broad network of Affiliated Providers to find these solutions for our customers.

   At the same time, many providers realized we can actually help them increase their sales by allowing us to sell their products in our broader international markets. They know that by only listing their equipment online it will not sell immediately, much less at a fair price. Most sellers lack the Technical Support and even knowledge about the equipment they are selling. A good Technical and Customer Support structure costs a considerable amount of money, which can only be justified with high level of sales. We realized that together we can go farther.

  We are proud to work with a network of Affiliated Providers. We keep a win-win relationship with them. Many of these providers do not allow us to advertise their products and prices on our website as part of our agreement with them, in order to be able to get their discounts which we gladly transfer to our customers.

   When we do not have the hard-to-find equipment or part required in stock we will need to request it from our network. In order to ensure we do not have to keep a product that could be hard to sell later, we need to ask our customers for a down payment when they place their purchase order. This down payment covers the cost of preliminary inspections to make sure the customer gets exactly what he needs and is a requirement from many of our providers as well.
